Decent volume again today; somebody is accumulating and is willing to pay a premium for those shares over the 11-12 cents we've been at for the better part of a year now. And this gives a bit of a bonus to those wanting to exit their positions.

Who is right and who is wrong (buyers or sellers of CUU shares)? Time will tell.

this morning; over 250,000 shares traded in first 30 min. 

Today the BC Supreme Court will hear the petition against the Chief Gold Commissioner regarding his decision to reinstate Carmax as the property owner. Hopefully the CGC decision will stand and this can be put behind us.

Once this is settled, I would like to see Copper Fox buy out the remaining 35% or so of the property that still belongs to Carmax. We already have controlling interest so why spend money on running a separate company (Carmax). 

I won't touch this stock again just on principal alone.

Your principles might come back to bite you; and without CUU shares you have no principal to bring you any return.

 I hope this eventualy does turn out better for those who are sticking it out

Why just hope, buy some CUU shares and then it'll make sense for you to spend time on this board and make some money if your hope does come true. I thought you moved on already,  but it seems it is a lot easier saying it than actually doing it, right? :)
