Yes, I definitely agree, it's a longshot at best, was just hoping to distract & guide the paranoia in a more positive direction...
Regardless, it should only effect the share holders in a positive way (if at all), since it is us the SEC is tasked with protecting.
I think you're being paranoid, but even paranoid you can look on the bright side & hope they'll give you your money back for any PP shares you bought. For me that means .05, I'll take that in a heartbeat & use it to buy more shares on the open market. Honestly though I think that's as unlikely as the dim picture you currently are seeing. But the bottom line has only changed for the better: the company is still solid & worth owning even with these bumps & especially at these prices. We are finally moving forward on a new front in a new better direction & with better communication to the shareholders. I think you know that otherwise you wouldn't be here.

The request for a formal hearing regarding Baltia's Air Carrier Certification was filed yesterday as required.
I totally agree & think we will be ok in the end, but it still pisses me off too how they can jerk us around & for so long without a response. Like they strung us along for as much as possible & were basically waiting for Baltia to run out of money. While I do not like the descision, I have a much bigger problem with how long they took to hand out every piece of scheduling & rescheduling, every meeting, every notice. These delays have been intentional. This goes way beyong icing the kicker & is more like sending him home & then telling him he needs to come back & kick a field goal in the middle of the night.
