Could be, but look at many other gold companies.. all of these are down 50% or more from their recent highs .. SGR, CRK, LSG, GSC, AVR, CEE, RMX, TKO, SAS, NSU etc I am sure there are many more.

Apparently Francis Scola and Edward Sugar bought shares at 1.16 after the merger was voted for.

When is the final value of the 0.4 ratio determined? The day that cmm is delisted? Court approval date? Date at which votes were taken?

Directors re-elected of course; voting numbers out on sedar in a few days; we'll get all our answers in the circular apparently; Production discussed, what / why the delays, outlook discussed (North wall in July (as discussed in todays Q1 NR); Some debate and heated discussion went on about the numbers and the merger.

Attending was the BOD, Mr. Major, Ms. Joanna, Mr. McNutt, and some others whom I don't know but were not engaged.
