E.DIGITAL PROVIDES UPDATE ON EVU™ IFE BUSINESS, FLASH-R™ CASE STATUS AND NEW IP

DEVELOPMENTS (SAN DIEGO, CA, - September 29, 2010) - e.Digital Corporation (OTC: EDIG), a leading innovator of dedicated portable entertainment systems and patented flash memory-related technology, today announced that its eVU™ portable in flight entertainment (IFE) system featuring an enhanced new look and feel was shown in private meetings held earlier this month in connection with the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) Conference & Exhibition. The Company is scheduled to publicly debut eVU's new look in AVION, the official magazine of APEX, next quarter. "While the portable IFE industry remains slow, we're encouraged with new and follow-on business opportunities that have recently developed," commented Fred Falk, president and CEO of e.Digital. "Because of eVU's extended battery life and its reputation as the most reliable dedicated portable IFE system available, we're receiving new hardware order interest from current and prospective airline customers. We're also working to grow recurring revenues derived from our internal IFE services business." Regarding the status of the Company's flash memory-related enforcement actions, e.Digital announced that on September 17th, the U.S. District Court in Colorado lifted the stay on discovery sought by the remaining defendants in the Company's second round of Flash-R™ intellectual property (IP) cases. "We're pleased with the Court's decision that should yield information to determine the extent of the potential infringement of the remaining defendants in the current round of patent enforcement cases," remarked Falk. e.Digital's Flash-R™ patent portfolio is comprised of fundamental technology related to the use of flash memory in the large and growing portable electronic products market. The Company introduced the first portable recorder with removable flash memory in 1993 and believes its patent portfolio to be essential to many consumer electronics products that utilize flash memory including cell phones, digital cameras, camcorders, PDAs and other popular devices. e.Digital filed enforcement actions against 19 companies in November 2009 after settling with and licensing seven companies in its first round of cases. To date, three of the 19 companies in the second round have settled and entered into licensing agreements. A Markman hearing has been scheduled for January 28, 2011 in connection with the second round of Flash-R intellectual property cases. "Our new IP developments beyond Flash-R and eVU are progressing rapidly," added Falk. "We're on schedule to file patents and announce these new technologies next quarter. Also, we've received and responded to the second USPTO office action on our active digital storage media encryption patent application." "Due to increasing Flash-R and new IP-related activity, and the expected timing of material events related to new business developments, we will hold our next meeting of stockholders in February," concluded Falk. "We will provide more information on business activities and developments in Company communications next quarter." e.DIGITAL ANNOUNCES IP INNOVATIONS GROUP

e.Digital Innovations Group (EDIG) Developing

Key New Technologies and Partnerships

(SAN DIEGO, CA, – December 15, 2010) – e.Digital Corporation (OTC: EDIG), long known as a focal point of commercial innovation, today announced the formation of the e.Digital Innovations Group (EDIG). EDIG’s charter is to further e.Digital’s history of innovation, develop a new, strong and diverse intellectual property portfolio and to collaborate with strategic partners to bring game-changing technologies and products to market.

“Throughout our twenty-two year history we have created foundational technologies, many of which are at the core of wireless headset, digital audio/video recorder and portable music player markets,” said Fred Falk, president and CEO of e.Digital Corporation. “Technology innovation has always been our principal value and our new EDIG business unit has been chartered with innovating and monetizing new technologies that we believe have significant potential for consumer products and industries.”

“Our EDIG division is already developing several new technologies and we have claimed rights in the areas of communication networks and digital data distribution,” added Falk. “Through EDIG, we expect to develop these and other emergent technologies, secure rights to the technologies and develop strategic relationships with partners who have the resources and infrastructure to leverage EDIG technologies in significant consumer markets.”

The EDIG division was formed by reorganizing current personnel and consultants, some previously assigned to entertainment systems development. While e.Digital continues its IFE business and aggressively exploiting its Flash-R™ patent licensing business, the new division focuses talent on novel technologies.

Falk concluded, “We will be releasing further details on some of EDIG’s new technologies next quarter in preparation for a planned March meeting of stockholders.”

RIP Oz and Sabre-Good Luck to All Here

I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of these two friends. I hadn't talked to them for quite a while now, but remember very well the old days. I had a 5-way open heart bypass 13 years ago and both of these guys contacted me with well wishes as I did them when they had their issues. Life for me changed after my surgery and I just can't keep up like I used to with those two, Tril, Tinroad, Emit, Doni, TwoMill, Letgojoe, Okie, Dischino, Sunpoop, DRVEN, TOMMEEKS and many more that slip my mind right now.

I hope that this investment will pan out for everyone here that has stuck with it for all of these years. I know that all of these people were in it to a point where none would have had to work another day if it did what we thought it would do back then. It was all about the patents being at the forefront in the beginning of a changing technological world. Hopefully that thought process will still be rewarded and will come to pass and pay off soon than later.

Thanks for the input and good DD from all of you thru the years and good luck to all here.

Just stopped by to say hello. Anybody seen Tinroad lately?

Hope all are doing well. Because of health reasons, I had to step back from certain things that might cause stress and this was one of them. Hopefully this thing will take off someday. A lot of us have been waiting an awful long time. Who knows, if it does take off, maybe Tinroad and some of the oldtimers will check back in. Take care and good luck.
