Dumped it.

This last pp was the final straw. They've borrowed 20 million in less than a year, the outstanding shares are now over 143 million. Good property, maybe, but p#ss-poor management. I'm tired of being screwed by suits, so I took my losses. GLTA.

What's driving the sp?

It appears to be institution buying, but what's the catalyst? I'm stumped. Stumped, but extremely happy, I might add.

Re: Here it is!

I was talking 2011. I agree there are no catalysts which would drive up the sp in the near future.

Re: Here it is!

I think a number of speculators jumped in, based on the hype put out by the company. The 43-101 couldn't justify the hype (cut-off grade of 0.5g/t, for example-pathetic) and bailed. One theme which is repeated on the message boards I've read is that the management overpromises, delays, and underdelivers.

As to where from here, once they get steady production going and IF they don't dilute the sp (for instance, to purchase a concentrator), and if gold holds or keeps rising, it should be worth owning.

That being said, I'm unhappy with management, and will reduce my holdings by 50%.

Re: Here it is!

You know, the results were good, but they let us down on the presentation. The company itself looks great for a takeover, which is one of the reasons I bought it. When I saw the 2M shares traded yesterday I figured it would sell off some today. I'll hold on till after the first of the year. Hey, we still have CZN, Panamax!
