Tax loss selling need not apply in reality... You need not worry about buying the stock back if one buys in your RRSP or TFSA or even in another account in another insitution... There is not tracking mechanism in place to monitor this.
In todays market who only has one cash account... a re purchase in an RRSP's or TFSA would not impact a sale in the cash account.
Thanks for posting the videao... I had a hunch the federal government was providing sufficent funds for Attawapiskat to provide robust survices for their people.... This video tells it like it is.... There are no small towns where municipal taxation via working Canadians comes within even a small percentage of this budget.
I was a counceller in a town of 4500 people and our budget was less than 10% of this figure for double the population.
This should be on National telivision... what are we Canadians funding the CBC for.... political grandstanding or digging up the facts... Certainly looks like the networks have chosen to not ask any of the right questions on this regard.

On Pg 28 there is a comparision to Detour and other re Valuation/ oz in the ground.
$100 to $150 /oz in the ground is more reasonable... Looks like the big fish eating the sardiens.
This downturn in the market might entice other larger companies flush with cash to buy now while the jrs are on sale!
