Law360, New York (September 09, 2013, 4:02 PM ET) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge ruled Friday that Amazon.com Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Nintendo Co. Ltd. and several other companies do not import consumer electronics that violate a Technology Properties Ltd. LLC microprocessor patent.

Administrative Law Judge Judge E. James Gildea issued his initial determination, finding that more than a dozen companies do not infringe asserted claims in TPL's patent. The ITC has been investigating TPL's claims that tablets, smartphones, e-readers and other electronics infringe its patent.

Here is the email I sent to PTSC IR:

Dear Sir/madam,

Was there a recent ITC settlement with Kyocera? If so, when will a PR be issued?

This was their reply today:

Dear XXXX,

We can confirm that the ITC has reported in its Investigative History as to Kyocera that the complaint has been withdrawn and the proceeding terminated. The conditions precipitating these events were accompanied by strict confidentiality provisions allowing us only to acknowledge what the ITC has already made public. Unfortunately we are unable to say or do more in regards to this matter. The company continues to expect an initial determination from the court for the remaining respondents by September 6th, 2013.

IMO, people will keep doing it as long as we keep talking about it. The stock price will be continue to be manipulated until patriot starts reporting a barage of licenses with dollar amounts attached. Comments that I read on this board like:

- no volume, is trading halted?

- unbelieveable we are down below $0.11 we should be at least $0.115

- other comments pertaining to these dips and small volume spikes

all should not be discussed. We live in America and we all have freedom of speech, however, IMO we are just adding unnecessary fuel to a fire.

I sent PTSC IR an email on when the shareholders meeting will be announced and this was their reply:

Dear XXXX,

We expect to announce the timing for the shareholder meeting soon. We are hoping that the later scheduling of the meeting will afford an opportunity for the further development of matters important to the business to occur

A couple days back I recall seeing a discussion on this board regarding the number of shareholders. I was curious so sent an email to PTSC IR.

This was their response:

Dear XXXX,

The number is significant, although not completely determinable because certain shares are held in street name in OBO designated accounts. If this impacts a related matter for you as a shareholder that we can be of assistance with please further advise.
