If I had $200,000 to spend, I would go to the company myself to negotiate a deal.

I consider this offer to be aimed for rasing small(er) amounts from many investors instead of much from 1.

And from that point of view I don't see the advantage of doing a PP at $0.004.

Just my take.

Questions for management:

-Why does management think people will do a private placement at $0.004 with the current much lower price? What is the advantage for them?

-Does LBSR consider lowering the price/conditions for the private placement when the $150,000 goal is not reached?

I was thinking the same.

Let's try to extend the quit period any way we can.

If we receive questions from investors now, we can hide ourselves behind the quit period.

Off course , this is only my opinion but I got a feeling I'm no the only 1 thinking like this.
