I'm not sure how this happens. There are bids for almost 700,000 shares at a higher price. This is stupid.

On Ameritrade it is .027 @ 452,310 shares

Isn't there something about stock purchases being monitored in the last month or so of the year to try to prevent the ability to report a loss? I thought I read something about this somewhere.
