Sometimes taking a chance on a new devil is better than living with the devil you know.

I know that current management has no stake in the game and Lori herself has sold millions of shares in SLI. I am prepared to take a chance on someone new. They cannot be worse tha what has happened this year

After reading the information circular provided with the white proxy, I was astounded by the total lack of shareholdings by 4 of the 5 proposed directors by management.

Lori, herself, has only $75,000 in shares at the present time. Why would shareholders vote for a board who have no stake in the company.

I would guess that the dissidents shareholdings will far exceed this level.

Mrs C I am well aware that Murray was fired that is why he is suing SLI . I have no knowledge whether or not he is/was still a director of either company. I do not know Murray other than by reputation, which is good.
I have not posted for months because I had nothing to add.

I simply want a definitive answer as to his status as director. If he is a director,still,did he participate in a vote on this new PP? Or was it done without board approval?

As far as fear mongering that certainly is stretch I am simply asking a simple question about information posted on a legitimate and reputable website

I just checked IGD on Stockwatch and shows he is also no longer a director of IGD as of the same date. Stockwatch. Would not post this info without somebody providing the information to them.

There was a relatively recent post which suggested that Murray was still a director of SLI. I was reviewing Stockwatch today under participants, it shows that Murray became a Former Director as of June 2012.

Can anyone shed some light on this, or even ask Murray directly.

I have also heard that he is in litigation against the company
