Company is broke, he is broke and we wait on the elusive deal.  He is selling a ton of stock lately but says it is all for good reason, to keep FMG and him and his wife alive.   However, I cant lie the more he sells the more I think he is getting some cash out before the inevitable collapse. 

I am trying my best just to forget about it for a while and hope the CGE story is good enough to pull us out of the gutter and Jim can keep things together long enought to get us something.

In the latest disclosure Morgan owns ~18 million shares. What associate companies or individuals might own either under 10% or domiciled in a region that chooses not to report no one knows. ( as is the case with any stock)

I think the "Ownership" split was a miss communication as CGE has retained 100% ownership of the property, however what is the % split of the after tax profit of the operation ? They could own the property 100% but be getting 20% of the after tax profit. (Or Less)

I don't follow this company close enough to know the answer to this, but it's an interesting question.

Will be interesting to see how it compares to the deal FMG eventually strikes.

Cant get any info out of Jim. He is silent. Also, noticed that Sam Mckay is silent on Linkedin lately (last few months). Not sure if there is anythign there but he used to be very active. My optimistic interpretation is that he now has some funds to work with and is getting down to business. We'll see
