DING DONG the the elephant has left the room!!!!! Maybe the Russian investors finally have had enough with MAB and sent him packing.

Perhaps, now the Majors (Exxon, Chevron,etc) will be more conducive to negotiate JV relationships. Price is up 33%, likely others are thinking the same.
