On page one of the companies last 10K it clearly states they antisipate filing future litigation. Fred is very careful about what he say's so I believe the 10K over anything else. Be realistic they did not get all these patents to make wallpaper. IMO we should see some new filings now that the IPR has been dismissed in the vary near future. Whomever dumped their shares this morning I am sure are going to be regretting it. IMO

The ruling in this case only effects the one case in San Diego and has nothing to do with all the other cases in Northern California or the new cases that where recently filed. So we continue on. IMO We will all have a very nice Christmas you just have to have faith.

What are you talking about on the sales front? We don't have any products to sell all we do is sue people that stealing our technology. We stopped selling the EVU players over a year ago.

1. The 108 and 774 patents where doomed before Handal ever knew they existed. Duane Morris screwed up the litigation royal by assigning what turned out to be their D team to represent us in Colorado. Thats where the disaster began.

2. Handal was handed a patent with stage 4 cancer with 3 years left on it and told to cure it and turn it into Gold. Completely unrealistic by management as well as the shareholders

3. Our future is in the latest 3 technologies Nunchi, MicroSignet and now Pluto. All of these appear to be amazing technologies with a market that exist right now with a full patent life on each one of them 14 plus years. Handal has more then proven competant to take on the biggest companies out their as well as appeals all the way to Washington.

4. We need to be thankful Handal was able to fill up the checkbook as much as he did with the ailing 108 so we don't have to fear anyone waiting us out in litigation and go out of business.

5. IMO there is a huge future here and we need to stop living in the past. JMO
