People should not make statements unless they know them to be true. A question mark at the end of a sentence makes a big difference.

Basically KRY just bought some more time. But also consider this.

"Although the Company has received proposals, none have been satisfactory and discussions continue."

They could have completely screwed the shareholders and accepted any offer and kept collecting paychecks so they are at least taking into account the affect on shareholders.

Before you do anymore investing in stocks I would suggest you learn a little more about how this game works. If someone buys shares in a company you are buying it from another investor not from the company.

Also I wouldn't mind seeing it go to .25 or more right now because that would make for a nice profit on all the shares I bought @ .09 That is the real world, making money because that is the only reason why anyone should be buying stocks.

I hope they speculate it up to $2 and the only way KRY can be diluted is if more shares are added.
