Re: I will not support her elaborate travel expenses!!

There is one big difference between the 2. Murry honestly believed in this company and did what he thought was in the best interest of the shareholders. Lori, on the other hand, did what was best for her and squeezed every bit of money out of us to fund her elaborate life style. That may explain why she sold all her shares and Murry didn't.

Does anyone know how to request an audit for SLI? Will the CRA perform one if we put in a request? Obviously, the CFO was either in on this or he didn't know how to do his job properly.

Re: I will not support her elaborate travel expenses!!

It appears that the China trip, regardless of the end result, was likely not as expensive to the share holders as the trip via private jet to Waco, Texas to set it up with Mr. Lewis. We paid for a boyfriend, a girlfriend and a husband, and only 2 people were actual SLI employees. I'm not sure what they did in Austin before making the trip to Waco.

Re: I will not support her elaborate travel expenses!!

The China trip was a formal business trip which included Murry, Duncan and Murry's wife. The result of it was very impressive according to Chad Lewis, from Waco Texas. Here is part of the news release put out upon return:

The meetings, arranged by Launchpad Asia, LLC and NAI Interactive, were crucial in establishing St. Elias as a bona fide operation for Chinese investors to consider, said Chad Lewis, Launchpad Asia’s managing director of North America.

“By meeting with officials ranked this high in the system, we were able to secure approvals for investment companies across China to look at St. Elias for investment as well as secure approval to apply for listing in Asia,” Lewis said.

The meeting’s impact was almost immediate, Lewis said. By the time the St. Elias delegation returned from its trip, Launchpad Asia had fielded more than two dozen inquiries from Chinese investment firms and brokerage companies seeking meetings with St. Elias.

Re: I will not support her elaborate travel expenses!!

Seems I have touched a sore spot Stockstsr??

First of all, I don't recall touting that I had pertinent information, please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Secondly, the VP was fired because he confronted the CEO about her lies.

And thirdly, the information I posted is relatively new info for me as well.

Your opinion means nothing to me. My story goes far beyond Agoracom!!

Re: I will not support her elaborate travel expenses!!

Hard to swallow? Appalling? This is nothing!

I believe it is called "misappropriation of company funds".

Elaine is Tina's mom. Tina refused to share a room with her, so Lori got her a room of her own.
