It seems the climate is getting better and better for flying our bird!
Forming a JV is a very slow process for investing companies, especially when you deal with global oil and gas operator companies . Falcon started negotiaon in July 2013, and if they make it in 10 months they will do a good job.
SO, keep faith! Falcon now is in a good shape that has never been in the past.
It is common practice to keep the negotiation confidential until the deal is closed.
This is a rule of the game and apparently Falcon is playing it correctly.
For the same reason, you don't hear anything from other parties involved in the negotiation.
The best thing to do now is buy, buy, and buy!
