China was to place an offer of .64 on March 27.

If this is correct, what happenned?

I'm from southern Manitoba, so pretty conservative. I had figured the MOP might have gotten us, on the low end .375. The SOP, which from the PEA, is a much better resource holding would at lease gotten us as much, but in reality more.

So .64 min is getting closer to a very conservative fair value.

China was prepared to finance the deal? Again is this true.

I've lost whatever respect for Farhad, but like I had stated in one of my post months ago.

Did someone get caught f..ing someone they shouldn't have?

Hi Fertiman, hope your trip is treating you better than Allana management. I had my concernes yesterday, on where you stood with this gift,that we are handing over to ICL.

Scoured the web this morning but found no new development.

As some on this board have said, I will do what I can to, at least make this sale not pleasant for both ICL and Allana.

In the same boat edx.

It's easy now (after the fact) to say what we want. I felt there was always bullshit being played out behind the scenes. Doesn't matter now. My golden rule is trust no one but yourself. I can still misleed myself but it's easier to forgive.

To some degree those F...ers on the other sites where right.

On another board, some are claiming to hold on, as another offer might be made. Possible or not? Not sure.

Some are claiming a law suite?

What I do know is if they need majority to pass this deal, those who aren't happy should give their head a shake and not sell them their shares. They didin't get my vote for the options, f..k that. Didin't make a difference, everybody else thought they where great (limited transparency but they deserve bonus shares?)

Hope someone who is better at this than I can shed some light on what's next.
