ZCC as opposed to Zenith Epigenetics

Some time ago Zenith split into two. For some reason I had been thinking it was going to be the same spinco terms as RVX to Zenith but just realized the error of my ways. The AGM on Dec 15th is for Zenith Capital Corp which we hold common shares in (i am assuming that posters on this forum are Zenith holders). If i am remembering correctly Zenith Epigenetics holds the intellectual property and ZCC holds basically the royalty rights. I also believe that at this point in time all shares in Zenith Epigenetics are held by Zenith Epigenetics. I also think I recall that ZE is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZCC. So what happens if some part or a whole of ZE is sold?

Re: A few comments...

I have gone to post a few times and pulled them.

Remember as a child or a teen and your dream was to grow up and be a "?". Then you discovered something and that became your goal?

When spinco was formed RVX was going to grow up and produce a "pharmaceutical product (which) elevate(s) plasma levels of a certain lipoprotein associated with a decreased risk of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.

Well they grew up and in so doing realized that they were limiting their potential by the adolescent dream...

...detailed study of the results of the Corporation’s clinical trial program indicates that apabetalone/RVX-208 has been shown to affect expression of numerous targets important for cardiovascular disease and ApoA-1 is only one of these targets. Therefore, the Corporation has determined that it is necessary to amend the terms of the Royalty Preferred Shares to remove the requirement that the pharmaceutical agent elevate plasma levels of ApoA-1.

I don't look back too many times regretting not becoming what I wanted when I was a child.

This area is updated every fifteen minutes, Monday - Friday, 7 am - 11 pm ET (excluding statutory holidays) with new publicly accessible filings.

Re: Would this be nitpicking?

Led...I agree as to timing. I am assuming theoretically ALL shareholders should receive the circular on the same day. Who knows with Canada Post! But in order for all shareholders to be on the same page at the same time so to speak, I am thinking that before or shortly after open it will be posted on Sedar.

The bickering has moved to stockhouse

Here is the thing. I don't think Hart actually said the sky was falling. But he was scolded for his post. I believe that led had said something about kids peek under the wrapping and maybe they saw coal. I don't see the difference. If Hart's post was pulled so should have Led's been. Again the sky is falling.
