I see that, Jigsaw, however, I just looked at OTCBB.com quote and now VYTC is gone but BLABD has taken over the change.
It shows the outstanding at 45 million shares which is appropriate for VytaCorp when it filed the 15D July 2010.
I will be watching for SEC filings and such. I cannot imagine anyone/company doing such a r/s when the outstanding is less than 200 million shares. And I cannot not imagine anyone stupid enough to come out with a r/s at the getgo of a new company.
Let's keep an eye on filings and news. With the ticker change, we should see news next week along with filings.
Where do you get the 1/400 rs?
I do not see anything on that anywhere.
VYTC Ticker Change to BLABD.

No other information available that I can find. No SEC filings (hence the "D" on the ticker).
Ticker change happened in the last 24 hours.
Over 1/2 million shares bought last Friday, moving ask up to .3+ of a penny.
Then a bit over 1/2 million shares sold, bringing bid back down to .0012.
Today 700,000 share volume, mostly buys as I see it. Bid up to .0022 ask .0027.
Some snooping amongst friends did not reveal who the buyers have been.
I hope they aren't suicide buyers.
Some more snooping revealed that the seller last Friday of 1/2 million shares was a motivated seller, planning to sell for capital losses on that day and pulled the trigger anyway regardless of the buying, to offset capital gains in other stocks (I sure can understand that!!! and good for him/her!!!).
Anyway, interesting volume.
Either something is brewing or,
someones trying to do a momo play,
or someones are suicidal buyers.
The 10Q was filed 2/27.
The ticker should have the "e" removed sometime Monday. I would expect Tuesday at the latest.
