As has now been stated here a couple of times, it looks like the Almighty Gold Commissioner (love that title) has authority and 3rd parties cannot seek compensation if they are ruled against.

I am also in to the bitter end. Holding 30K shares, been here since 2012. Averaged down when prices fell so in the 0.60 zone for ACB.

I didn't go "all in" although I was tempted to on more than 1 occasion.

I am gonna hit the big 5-0 this year and can wait this out.

This was my first foray into the commodoties sector and I, like many others here (and those who have left), have learned a TON.

I think I will stick with other blue-chip style commodoties which have fared respectibly well since I got into CUU.

But I think this will be a mine someday and I plan on holding these shares and following this board until that happens.

Best of luck to those who have just left. I particularly enjoyed Prospekt's posts, and hope she jumps back in "soon". I am also glad Golfyeti hasn't left....yet.

Uh, OK. The slide now refers to this waste rock as "inferred" and has assigned the NSR mentioned by youngmoney.

Does this mean that this component of the optimization work has been done?

No idea, but if so this is signficant.
