Been in for 12 years at at average cost of $.72/share.
Exactly, OG!

"shareholders were in control of the management of the company and led it down the path of insolvency.....
I don't believe this to be completely or even partially the case with our (shareholders) position with those (mis)managing Crystallex. We were never in control, mostly kept uninformed and at no point in all of the lead-up years were we ever given an opportunity to vote!
The mistake was staying aboard the ship with naive hopes until the delisting.
After distribution of whatever may result from ISCID determinations, it now appears that "mismanagement" the "debt-in-place speculators" (tenors) will get all of whatever may be awarded. There may be some courses of legal action
If KRY management is awarded accordingly, there should be some lawsuits.
Having 80,000 shares (avg. cost $.62) I'd consider but need a proposal with details.
(Even 50% of invested dollar would look good).
Bought first 5000 shares in 2003
Holding 80,000 shares at average unit cost of $.68.
