I cannot disagree with your assessment hgs225. I too am a long ways under water and may never come up for air.
However, it seems to me that the decline in share price has been carefully orchestrated over the last year and that no one would bother doing that unless there was money to be made at the end of the day.
I cannot influence the market and therefore have only two choices. Either play along with the games or sell and never look back.

Primed I was only demonstrating the potential of this stock at these prices. I did not include any value for Chrome Mountain or the rest of the property that Premium holds.
I truly have no expectations of this stock. It has disappointed me greatly so far, but you cannot deny that there is good value here and a lot of potential if and when the financing ever gets resolved.
Thank you Maxvalueholder for correcting my math. You are correct, I just pulled that info off of Premium's website and didn't realize they had not updated. That makes this an even better buy IMHO.

You are correct Marwal. As of today with 157,492,019 shares outstanding @ a price of 12.5 cents per share and 1,222,000 oz of gold (0.5 g/t cut-off) at Friday-Petsite, we are worth $16.11 per oz.
The big question is will the market ever recognize this?
Didn't Del say no more dilution than the original existing warrants or did I misunderstand the words coming out of his mouth? This is 75,000,000 shares with warrants - WTF.
The manipulation is very blatent with the majority of trades selling into the bid and the daily last minute trade to have us close at a low. This will not end until those responsible want it to end.
Hang on tight to your shares. Their value should not be measured by the recent share price but by the amount of gold in the ground. PEM at the very least has an estimated 2-3M oz at Friday/Monday based on the expansion of the strike length this drilling season. At $100 an ounce that should be worth 200 to 300M dollars. Even if at the end of the day there were 200M shares outstanding (this number is strictly fiction to prove a point) that would make each share worth $1.00 - $1.50. Potentially a 10 bagger just for Friday.
Don't lose sight of the big picture and don't let anyone steal you shares. I too will be adding come January.
