Maybe he just does not want to wait. If he is selling now he is already making a good profit. If he doesn't sell he has to wait like everyone else. Maybe not a risk he wants to take. With his .20 plus options he was never in the red.

He will make money along the way as he moves from company to company. Maybe that's good enough for him.

So, why would any of the past or current executives worry about where the stock price is?

They make lots of money regardless. This is the reason they don't buy much on the open market...they don't have to. This is how the corporate world works.

Also, they don't mind moving from job to job as it gives them oportunity to cash in. By staying for a long time they are often bounded by regulations, which might limit their oportunity to cash in. By leaving they can do as they wish, sell, possibly take a long vacation, while we on the other hand can only wish the stock price could stay above measly $1.

At the THM didn't they thank us for supporting Poet? Instead, they should thank us for supporting their bottom line. Sorry, in light of what's going on with the stock price currently I couldn't help it, but to vent my feelings of disappointment.
