Is this the last nail in the coffin for San ? Where are the shares coming from ? And does San have that kind of Cash laying around ? If they do , won't they be needing it for mining costs . Are San's shares going to be diluted again to settle this deal ? I think that the timing of this really stinks.

If Pirie is entitled to a severence package he should be paid with company shares. Based on the share value when he was hired.

Can anyone tell me who dumped almost 2,000,000 shares in less than 15 minutes. I'm just about ready to throw in the towel and get on. San seems to be run by the most inept board in Canada or the biggest crooks. Not a peep from the board ,no updates , not even excuses .If the board , or their representatives would say " something " -- then maybe I would be a little more confident and hang in there. I have a real hard time staying positive with this stock.
