A representative I spoke with at Fidelity Investments said they will carry the stock at the last closing price ( $ 0.07 US) for 40 days. If no activity in that time, it will be changed to 0 ( zero) value but continue to be listed as an equity holding. He thought it would remain at zero indefinately unless there is a bankruptcy liquidation.

My question is whether the company has paid the past due $ 420,000 payroll tax liability to the IRS? (mentioned in the Form 10-K.).
