a poster(you know who) on the other site is saying that if 7.5% agree to dissent then the merger is dead is this true or is it just an option for kwg to walk away if they choose. things are quite bizarre over there as usual..i hope someone can clarify this for me

as i read this post i was thinking the same thing why not sell now and move on if you felt this way i don't see the logic behind a post such as that unless...

we're up for sale they want to buy us, why would we need an arbitrator. they bid we say no they offer more we consider it and so on until an deal is reached. i don't thing i want a third party determining our fate.

Rallard this makes the most sense to me of anything i have read here. I can't see cliffs letting spider in on 30% of any sales, it would be simpler to just scoop us up and get us out of the way
