Nice post Coach, ever so true these days.

This is no Stockhouse, what a refreshing change

Congrats to Agoracom for their quick decisive action on Goldenlies and his latest addition to his alias repetoire Clubhouse.  This person is a very sick puppy and that is the last thing I want to say on this thread regarding this low life.

It's good to have Coach and Edgy appointed moderators and this assures that this may become a place to spend time on, good luck to all.

Re:Shout Out TO Coach

Now to answer mike97's question.  It's not true that more holes were required but a re-organization of the data was advised to increase the M&I and even P&P as both will be needed for the feasibility study work.  This was a big job and entailed recalculating hundreds of blocks of data for the bulk tonnage areas of Santa Juana.  Don't know what the final numbers will be but am assured I will not be disappointed and since I trust this managment group, that's good enough for me.  Besides the end game is still 1-2 years away as ECU builds a fabulous world class resource that will really surprise the market before all is said and done.  This has been my view for a couple of years now and remains my view and I check and re-check my thoughts and data constantly.

What few seem to understand is the TD bank analysts report was very well done and when he stated he expected 500 million ounces from his work in the near term future, he meant every word of it plus he had to defend it to his superiors running a very conservative banking brokerage firm with large fund/institutional clients.  The key is his number was derived by himself based on the data he was given access too and I believe it will prove to be conservative over the next 2 years.

I'm in for the long haul and will let the company do their work and not pay too much attention to the day to day swings in what has been a frustrating environment for juniors for months.

Good luck to all

Re: Scoop up the margins.

I have info from a reliable source that the selling today by cannacord was margin selling.  It's must drive peole crazy to be forced to sell just about at the exact wrong time.  But this tends to be what markets do, time and time again.  I also note a friend of mine also had to sell some stock today due to a margin call.  Of course I know others who were buying ECU today at what they think are firesale prices as the company is on the verge of both some serious positive technicals and major new fundamental being released in the 43-101 report.

I maintain my long term view that ECU will simply be one of biggest emerging resource producers of the last few years and build one of the largest resources in Mexico.  I believe the TD analyst gets it and so will many others over the next 1-2 years and maybe even weeks or months even as frustrating as this junior market has been for the last year.

I also note that GOG is definitely undervalued given it's over 20 million ounces to it's credit at San Diego and this will grow substantially yet and they have been drilling now for weeks and I expect good results.  As speculated here by some posters, it's also completely plausible that ECU may re-acquire San Diego someday as the fit would be excellent.

The company has not purposely delayed the 43-101 in my view and we will not be disappointed as per the TD bank analysts view which so many seem to have forgotten.  The company worked for the last year to get analyst coverage (both TD and Blackmont have now published with a minor review by Desjardin, to bad Fowler left or it would have been major coverage) as everyone and their dog pointed out this was a flaw and a problem if the project was real and had strong growth potential and now everyone forget.  I advise everyone to please remember that this 43-101 is a history lesson as these documents tend to be wowfully behind the timeline.

I'm 100% confident the TD analyst is correct and also very conservative on his outlook for a minimum 500 million ounces in the future at ECU and I expect these ounces to be realized rather quickly down the road.  Enough for me tonight but I must say it sure is nice to see reasonable and intelligent posters for a change.

Re: The NR. that Ecu put out today that-

Let me respecfully disgree happyappie.  The company is not playing games on timing and I guarantee this 100%.  The report is not complete but is very very close.  I would be surprised if it will take until Jan 25th to release it unless more changes are recommended by Micon.  I bought stock today and may buy more tomorrow and I would also be surprised at a $1.80 re-test but who knows nothing would surprise me given what I have seen the last few months.

Re: The NR. that Ecu put out today that-

Just for interest, have a look at the High River Gold (HRG) resource report put out a couple of days ago that Micon worked on.  This might give us a guide what kind of format to expect showing a potential number, accept the numbers will be much higher for ECU.
