It should be noted that many investors do not follow these blog's, yet they could very well be planning to vote NO to this deal, the number count could go much higher. IMHO

well you can add my 440,000 shares along with 780,000 from three friends who are also planning to vote against this deal.

I can't except that we will be sold for .50c per share.......The only thing I can take away from this is that a floor has been set. There has to be someone in the wings looking to make us a better offer, the Chinnese want and use so much SOP and the construction company from China that wanted to fund our plant build must be thinking about making a better offer here. I would not want to be Allana management at this point in time, there has to be some very upset people out there right now. Here's to being hopeful that more offers will come our way......even if ICL matches the larger bid..........make the F..ks pay for it.
