Re: from portee's daughter

I too have followed this forum (and portee's posts) daily for years through KXL, PDG, and now AR even though I sold all my AR shares earlier this year.

I can't add much to what has already has been said... Portee was indeed the glue of this forum and I will miss his posts.

Godspeed.

I'm voting for the deal

I don't have enough shares to matter either way, but I'm voting for the deal. This is better than the propsect of soldiering on alone and facing more dilution and/or a reverse split.

Our share structure does not favour us if we were to reject this deal.

Not sure what to do - my feelings

Hi all,

I don't post often, but I follow this board just about every day and I've been an investor for about 5 years now.

If I sold now, I'd be taking a profit, albeit not as much as I had hoped. I know many of the posters on here would love to be in the position to sell out at a profit, and don't have the luxury.

On one hand, I can see that AR got a good deal by acquiring us. As a PDG investor I can see how we were worth more. The people at AR aren't stupid. They knew we would have to dilute further, or raise money somehow for us to take Magino to the next level. I think if we were in a slightly better position financially, or had less shares OS, we'd be better off. But as they say, it is what it is.

In the end, I think I will give it a little time to decide what to ultimately do. A little voice still says there's some upside to holding on short term. I just have to decide if that voice is crazy.

Good luck everyone, I'll definitely follow the AR board when we move over.

Re: insider sell

As I recall, Mr. Phelps was also a buyer $4.00+ way back when. I'm not too concerned.

Re: KXL and SGX...

Yeah, and it looks like all the usual suspects on SH are busy patting themselves on the back and strutting around like a bunch of peacocks for their 'prediction'.

Did anyone really think that Sage wouldn't consolidate with 1/4 Billion shares outstanding? Good job guys, you nailed that one.

Re: Whats changed?

I have no idea, but this stock (and the whole BG area) for the past two years has been like watching paint dry. No excitement at all. I would love to see it come back.
