I guess Sergey is hedging his bets (with the new, conservative estimates). I wrote to him, and suggested that he should turn to all shareholders (including himself) for some bail-out cash (and maybe use a rights offering, to be followed by a well-tought out share-consolidation further down the road). I guess there is also the option of bankruptcy!?

Maybe Sergey will muddle his way out of the mess which Max got us into. If he does, he'll deserve a gold medal for being a savvy businessman.

I wonder what all this means for us little guys. Any thoughts?
