Now here is a question regarding trump as president... if he does somehow require these large tech companies to sell there products at a higher price due to a tariff being placed on them bringing there tech back to the US, what kind of value does this put on a tech that will revolutionize the industry... that is when we get there...

As far as I am concerned if this was the urgent reason for this money then they should have just waited and told us there was a delay at not diluted our shares like this.

How does this happen with out a detailed explanation from management or the BOD or IR. This makes no sense. Also why would the BOD approve this. If this company makes it to the next AGM there are going to be alot of very pissed of shareholders there. This just doesn'the add up... I am really at a loss upon why they felt this needed to be done in such a way.

If this was the case that the "fruit" company was taking a stake then a guy like MyPoet would not have been able to get 200K worth so I think that scenario is unlikely. I wish it were something like that but I doubt it.... just mho
