Re: Resverlogix Announces Presentation at 9th Annual Biotech Showcase Conference in San Francisco, CA

so on the one hand clayton said we are not going to webcast a presentation because we just had that most illiuminating AGM a couple weeks ago, yet on the other hand we're cutting news releases saying yay we're presenting and we'll be issuing the presentation immediately prior?

is that an inconsistent message?  why the hoopla?

still waiting for "continued discussions" to produce something.  the RVX team will need to drum up some interest and volume if they're going to dump the RSU shares they converted over in the fall.  And again Dec 21

Re: how about the DSU vote?

"The purpose of the DSU Plan is to provide directors of the Corporation with the opportunity to acquire DSUs in order to allow them to participate in the long-term success of the Corporation"

because they couldn't participate earlier?  with the options and restricted shares?  and the annual salary they're being paid?

and this really sticks in my craw:

" and to promote a greater alignment of their interests with the interests of shareholders."

so they weren't in alignment before?  and they are 100% aligned now?  or they were only 65% aligned before and are maybe now 80% aligned now, or maybe 100% aligend now!?  why call out a cash grab as promoting greater alignment?

my bad, i dont think its 5% dilution, its 10%!?!?  so if you dilute 10% annually, within 5 or 6 years we can double the float just so that the board can participate in the success for which they're already being paid/rewarded?  can't imagine that Easter or Dart or Hepa

Cilcular:

In addition: (i) the number of Common Shares issuable to Insiders (as defined in the TSX Company Manual), at any time, under all security based compensation arrangements, may not exceed 10% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares;and (ii) the number of Common Shares issued to Insiders (as defined in the TSX Company Manual), within any one year period, under all security based compensation arrangements, may not exceed 10% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.

ME - makes it hard to put a firm valuation, or maybe now i just take whatever number is bantered around and dilute it for those people who are NOW, FINALLY, closer to alignment with me, a simple shareholder!

Circular:

There are currently 105,426,757 issued and outstanding Common Shares in the capital of the

CCorporation. Therefore, currently a maximum of 10,542,676 Common Shares may be reserved and allocated under the Option Plan, the LTIP and other securities based compensation arrangements. This number will increase if and as the issued and outstanding share capital of the Corporation increases.

Me - so we have a new DSU, The option plan (2) and the LTIP (3) and "other securities based compensation agreements (4).  Is that 4 ways to reward the board now that their interests are aligned with ours!?

how about the DSU vote?

most of the conversation has been wrapped around the Royalty shares.  I'm still on the fence as to why we are modifying, yet again, the terms and conditions.  Seems like they didn't get it right the first time, or the 2nd time, and now we're going back to the drawing board and correcting it yet again?

anyone have anything to say about the deferred share unit (DSU) plan?  looks like a (mini) poison pill?  the board can elect to receice compensation in shares, rather than cash, so long as it doesn't dilute more than 5% of the outstanding shares?  Not a poison pill, but maybe a sick-pill, if we can instantly get 5% dilution?  seems to me to be rather greedy since they alreday have restrictured shares, plus options, plus maybe double dipping in that the board is the board for RVX AND Zen.  they thought that they'd slide it in with the RPS issue for vote?

momentum seems to have completely died these past several weeks.  the market is quiet (for us anyways.)  complete lack of interest if they're going to announce something big in exactly 2 weeks the market sure doesn't seem to be pointing one way or the other...

any thoughts on the DSU?  maybe it's a full sale and they (BOD) aren't fully satisfied with the price so they're grabbing 5% more to line their pockets?  tthey just cashed in their restricted shares, and if i recall there was somehting like 150K+ shares cashed in.  if they're waiting for a big payout they're going to need big-ish volume to unload all those shares.  unless it's a cash offer (or cash + BP stock)  :)

Re: November 8, 2016, Resverlogix presented at BIO Europe in Cologne, Germany.

did i miss something? On the milestone checklist slide, bullet point #5 - Phase 2/3 orphan indication launch PNH and/or dialysis is NOW checked.

on the new york presentation it wasn't check, nor on the R&R Sept 13th presentation.

did we start something without announcing it? thought they were "meeting" to design the phase 2/3 trial?

Re: News from a Chinese/Japenese Article about Zenith

i thought Enzalutamide was owned by Medivation - MDVN - which was just purchased by Pfizer for $14 BILLION. i didn't know Astellas Pharma was co-owner? They - Astellas - have a few phase 3 trials in place now with Enzalutamide. What exactly is the relationship between MDVN and Astellas and Enzalutamide? What is Astellas' claim on Enzalutamide? co-owner?

Wouldn't it be nice if Astellas felt threatened by the Pfizer purchase and they're going after both RVX and Zenith!? If Zen augments the efficacy of Enzalutamide then Astellas could undermine that Pfizer /MDVN purchase by scooping up Zenith!

looks like the cat is out of the bag Zenith. best get releasing an NR to confirm! a Zen/Astellas partnership, even better if it's a Astellas purchase of RVX and a partnership with Zen!
