Does anyone know if Tullow used the new Blue Cube Technology on the Jaguar well before they started drilling it?

Here is hopeing that all wells being drilled produce oil. I remember after the gun boat days CGX drilled two wells which were both dry holes when completed.

After finally being able to drill after ten years why aren't they drilling the best chance hole with the best probability of succes first?
