Hi Cedar, I agree, the little I read makes it seem like a seasonal play with river barges and ice roads. I own a privately held small play near Stewart that needs $1600 an ounce to be worthwhile because of the short season and location. We have some sniffs and a couple of JV's that have expired but no bites lately. GLTA

K has a friendly offer to Underworld to acquire 100% of the company and a project 60 miles south of Dawson City. The offer has an effective 36% premium on Underworld SP. Total cost to K is 140 mil. A neighbor company, HMI, has risen 50% so far today. I hope this moves us up one spot on the K speed dial.
