I do not understand why you think that if Teck walked, that would be catastrophic to our share price..

If Teck walks we could then sell our 94% for a single billion, or $2.50 per share.

IMHO Teck will not walk away. They know the pounds are in the ground.

Spoke today with Shane Uren at the mining conference.

I tried to feel him out and pretended I did not know about the 120 day thing, so I asked if Teck is waiting for all the enviromental permits to be completed before making their decision on what they are going to do. His response was that they cannot, as Teck is on the clock and their decision should be made in the next month or two. He did not commit to any date.
