One reason I have been a long.

Here is a link to some info on why I have been a long term shareholder. I am also a shareholder of this company but I am not pumping this stock. To be honest I am also frustrated with GBG.

Go to slide 10 of this presentation to see the large scale geological setting with regards to War Eagle Mountain stretching from Nevada to Idaho.

It is clear to see other geologists use WEM in their models to understand where deposits were formed. I hope the link works.

Numbers

Time for some numbers. Head grades, tailings assays, mill rates, costs/t, concentrate in storage or shipped. Plus a go forward check list/time table on what is planned, shares out f/d, cash on hand etc etc etc.

I have been holding 3 years now and I want to see a PR which has been signed off by a qualified person which meets or exceeds industry standards with regards to numbers. To be honest I think I have been waiting long enough.

I will e mail RK again and push for this. I suggest everyone do the same. I am guessing that between all the posters and watchers on this site there is probably +/- 40 to 50 million shares. Myself 2+ million and I have been a faithful shareholder.

Here is how my e mail will read. RK please have management release some numbers which have been signed off by a qualied person. As a shareholder I have been waiting long enough. No more grey I want black and white.

Thanks

As you can read my frustration is starting to show. Still long for now.

Re: ihub crooks

Just out today. I follow the companies of the HD Group and they had obviously had enough and fought back. It took a while but they won. $425k is a lot of money for a privayte investor to come up with. It says they are going to try and get the money. This guys retirement is probably toast.

Farallon Announces Internet Defamation Case Award

VANCOUVER, Apr 22, 2010 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) --

$425,000 Awarded by The Supreme Court of B.C.

Dick Whittington, President and CEO of Farallon Mining Ltd. ("Farallon" or the "Company") (TSX:FAN) is pleased to announce that on March 30th, 2010, Farallon Mining Ltd., Farallon's Chairman Ronald Thiessen and Hunter Dickinson Inc., were awarded a total of $425,000 in a defamation case brought by the Company against Mr. Robert Butler.

Farallon Mining, on behalf of all the Plaintiffs, filed a lawsuit against Mr. Butler on October 5th, 2004 for posting various defamatory statements on the website at www.stockhouse.com. On March 30th, 2010, the Honourable Madam Justice Wedge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, awarded each of the Plaintiffs general and punitive damages, while Mr. Thiessen was also awarded aggravated damages. The total damages awarded against Mr. Butler are $425,000. Madam Justice Wedge also awarded costs against Mr. Butler, as well as ordering a permanent injunction against him, restraining him from publishing any further defamatory statements against the Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs intend to vigorously pursue enforcement of the Order against Mr. Butler to the full extent permitted under the law.

Dick Whittington said: "This is amongst the highest awards of its kind in Canada and will hopefully restrain others from issuing unfounded defamatory statements against companies that are trying to legitimately create value for shareholders, stakeholders and mining communities around the world. Farallon has been the subject of defamatory allegations for some time and our intention has always been to expose those making these allegations and then apply the rules of law to seek compensation. I am very pleased that the Court has ruled so convincingly in our favour. Shareholders can be assured that we will continue to be vigilant in defending their interests against such libellous accusations in the future. We stated we would bring those involved to justice and while it has taken longer than anticipated, in the end, justice has prevailed."

Further details of the Court Order are posted on the Company's website at www.farallonmining.com. The Company was represented in this action by Tom Hakemi of Hakemi & Company Law Corporation.

Farallon operates the G-9 zinc mine on its Campo Morado Property in Guerrero State, Mexico. G-9 is a 1,500 tonnes per day, underground, zinc mine with important by-product credits of copper, gold, silver, and lead. The Company is targeting to produce at an annualized production rate of 120 million pounds of zinc and 15 million pounds of copper per year.

Re: The Falcon Soars!

Just to let the board know I am still around and holding the same position. I was on the last investor tour and would like to assure the detractors that the mountain is really there. lol.

Re: Nice to see some interest in the stock these last few days

Hi sinbob

Just to let you know I am still in and holding my position. Maybe the wait is coming to an end. Hopefully things will start to get interesting and then the board I am sure will get busy again.

Re: drainage of Golden Chariot Shaft

Hi LongSFMI,

As stated I have an O&G background so obviously my thought process is always to go from the top down. But either way I agree with both you and spiny that draining the water out of these shafts should not be a huge technical challenge. Without knowing a mine plan which is the best way to go I do not know. As spiny said if you go from the top down the shafts will probably have to be drained and reconditioned in stages. If you go from the bottom up once it is drained any new shafts going up will also have to have infrastructure installed. Either way being through granite with its inherent natural stability will be I think a huge benefit.

As for clogging I do not see this as to much of a problem either way you go. There are various layers of different size screens which can be attached to any inlet plus if it was me who was designing the system I would make sure there was some way of back flushing to keep the screens clean and open. With an ESP at this depth it is easy. You do not put a one way check valve above the pump. Then just turn off the pump and the normal hydrostatic pressure of the water just flows backwards down through the pump and blows the screens clean. Working with the type and size of ESP required to pump from this depth and pressure will not be difficult.
