It's nice to see Poet, getting more patents. I can't wait to see a few Poet products that say PATENT PROTECTED, it's coming.

Sounds like it will be Denselight centric.  

That 40,000 shares is about $12,800 Canadian or $10,000 US.                                                                                                                                 

Some people use the convenient crutch of NDA  as SOLUTION to a  lot of Poets problems to hide lack of progress, it's a form of denial.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Poet will be working on other prototypes; if you multiply the delays for each development process it is costlier in time to production and resources.

Shouldn't they wait to see if the magic indeed works first?
