Re: Meeting on the 25th

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but even if Serge couldn't attend the meeting, meaning inside the room, there wouldn't be any problem voting the proxies, the proxies being processed at a table set in the hall outside the meeting room.

I'm not budging

- I'm not tendering my shares to Noront (because of personal beliefs)

- There goes Cliifs again with "offer superior to..." I don't want "superior to..." I want a fair or true value and for that a 43-101 is needed. So no 43-101 no vote from me. How can you make an enlightened decision without a 43-101?

- I want the offer to be just for ROF assets because I want a new Freewest for the rest.

- I don't want Cliffs shares. I'm not a blue chip investor.

- And as JD mentionned an offer of $2.00 min is pretty much where it should be.

A little better but I want a lot better.

Wishing the best outcome for all Freewest shareholders.

As a Freewest retail shareholder...

...I have the power to decide what I think is a fair value, in the end it's what the majority thinks that counts.

I'm not here to tell you what to do. You have to decide based on your own DD. You can use these forums to challenge your DD and fine tune it.

What I can do is share my opinion.

First I'd like to say that my opinion towards Noront is biased. I was disgusted by the way Richard Nemis was shown the way out. I even flew out of Mtl to attend and see the faces of the guys who orchestrated the whole thing. I told myself, if they are capable of doing such a thing what else are they capable of. I'm one of those who think that Noront lost its heart when Richard had to leave.

Later I thought Freewest had a better upside so I leaned more on Freewest side.

I attended the last two Freewest AGMs and felt I had the same caring businessman in Mackenzie Watson.

Although both men (Richard and Mac), I think, has mutual respect, Mac always wanted to run his own show. In April 2008 AGM, I had a little conversation with Mac. We were both standing in front of the ROF map and looking at the nice purple "blob"on FWR's claims. He told me that Noront wanted to JV the 100% owned claims, which he refused. Talks led to the NOT-FWR jv in the upper left corner of the claims.

Again, this is my opinion, I think Mac is caught between a rock and a hard place. When Cliffs counteroffered twice, Mac and BOD approved cliffs offers to be better or superior to Noront's, always in comparison. Unless I'm mistaken, never it stipulates that counteroffers represent a fair value of the ROF assets or FWR holdings. Wording is so important, in any news release or post.

Not only Noront's first bid was hostile it was premature, all Cliffs had to do was barely overbid.

For now, I'm going to watch the rooster fight between NOT and CLF and enjoy the show and if push comes to shove and both are turned down (which I hope) and there's no other major in the picture(yet) and we go back to where we were then, so be it. Who's in a hurry? I know we all want to be rich yesterday but most of the time patience pays off.

I respect every opinion, some I share some I don't. You are free to do the same.

Wishing the best outcome for us, Freewest shareholders.

Re: Back from meeting - Cappysmart

Yes, I did, and got the same answer: this summer.

But I may add that IMCO he will be drilling his Ni-Cu-PGE targets before he gets to the JV.
