We all know that SGR is opening up at a huge amount of a penny tomorrow. Could be a long, long, long, long, long while to see 4 cents again. Hoping for the best though.

So what does a de-listing mean? This company is now gone, or do the shares go to another place to trade - venture with a 20:1 split or so...? Yes, dumb questions, I just would like to know what this means.

What a fantastic PR guy that GG! Went to BNN to ask to be on the show to ease shareholders minds. Altough, reading between the lines, he said nothing new, didn't actually answer the questions asked, and made it clear other's made the mess. This way, when things fall apart (mine goes caput), he can say that he tried to clean up the mess but San Gold was far too deep to recover. JMHO.

I believe when this deal was done, San Gold (I now hate writing this name) was at a whopping 24 huge cents. Kerr was far behind then, and this was to even out the price. We now know where San is and that Kerr has jumped. Again, I could be completely incorrect in this info. But I do know that a 5:1 rollback is the death of this company for a long, long time. At the shareholder meeting it was noted that by next August San will be at $1. Of course it will after a few more share amalgamations. I see a share price of .25 - .35 or so cents and a quick drop to .10 - .15 cents, then we'll see what this company is made of. I just don't know how much further we will currently drop before the split. Any guesses? Mine is 5 cents.What a disaster, I've lost over $80,000.Can never make this back with San. I'm not to sure what else is out there to recoup the loses though.

Please blast them for me! I'd love to attend but I just cannot get off work to go. I voted to fire them all (so 'against' their wishes), I hope many more vote not in favour of the management team.

I hope the truth comes out at this AGM on how the San gold management group is a farce.
