Carbon, even that scrubbed and reclaimed from industrial smokestacks as an admixture for concrete has been discussed for at least 20 years and to my knowledge has never been implemented. Since such source of carbon, being a waste product would therefore be essentially free but even so has not been utilitized for this purpose. It is therefore hard to imagine how or why Zenyatta's very expensive product would be so employed. At any rate this MOU provides the excuse to pretend to provide a relevant news release. On the subject of MOU's, not being binding on either party, they are usually recognized in knowledgeable circles as nothing more than a promotional tool.

Brokers don't invest but they do trade. With what amounts to a 25% discount do to the attached warrants does anyone think they won't be trying to flip these shares for a profit.

What??? I don't know what you mean by "innocent shares". Shares are shares, they don't have guilt or innocence. All I said was that anyone who sold their shares to the obvious short selling manipulation of the share price were definately unfortunate. This is because of my belief that those same shares will one day be worth multiples of what they received for them.

Unfortunately all of them have.

They aren't messin' around. They have switched (temporarily) from selling, that is shorting the shares to buying, to cover their acumulated short position or at least part of it. Notice how the bid remains stubbornly low even though the ask is only slightly higher.They are fishing for shares as cheap as possible so as to realize the greatest profit possible on their shorts.
