How can we tell what the insiders are doing with their shares?

Am I missing something here? An almost 7 month time lag from the transaction date to the filing date? Aren't insiders required to file within 5-10 business of the transaction date?

What exactly does this mean for the shareholders? Bad news or is there still reason for hope?

43-101 results should be coming out soon.

I wonder if the fact that GCR is conducting two 43-101's simultaneously augurs well for the share price in the short term..
