Re: Excellent interview and shows the potential much better

Thanks Baires, good to be back! Yes, Webb's professionalism stood in clear contrast, totally agree.

As to my more unfrequent visits here -- I want to minimize the risk of having my long term view on the excellent outlooks of TDC disturbed by too much noise. Having said that, I do find many of the posts here really good, thought through and generally helpful.

In the short term, I don't care if TDC trades e.g. 50% down unless:

(1) this affects the subscription price in a share issue (which unfortunately happened just now, regardless of the added value resulting form the funds so raised, this I think could and should be handled better, IF the need will arise to raise additonal funds please Webb&advisors -- consider the timing, and/or Webb -- pls consider carefully which advisors to use in the next share issue well in advance), or

(2) something has fundamentally happened with the company's current or future business which justifies a haircut on the price.

Spending less time speculating about every whim of the market and (over)analyzing every step and aspects of TDC, mr Webb, Puplava etc from 10 different angels actually helps one to get some perspective. My view is that TDC was grossly undervalued at 20 and 21 cts and is even more so today. Whoever had/have the b*lls to keep stacking during the lows will hopefully be hefty rewarded in a few years time.

But I'll tune in here every now and then so, until then... que tenga buen dia, hasta luego!

Re: Excellent interview and shows the potential much better

I agree that Webb was good.

But who the [**] is the guy doing the interview?! Is he drunk?? Seriously, he was absoultely terrible, my mother could have done a better interview.

My fears are that the fine words of mr Webb will not echoe through as they should given the awkward and unprofessional format of the interview.

Re: Hi

Totally agree, the combination of being selffinanced, low-valued, aggresively expanding production AND exploration, seasoned mgmte etc. Seriously, barring an invasion from Chavez, alchemy proving succesful or some other black swan there's hardly anything but upside to this company. Although we might face turbulent financial markets ahead I don't think we're going to see a massive heads over heal all over the board sell-off of the kind we saw in 2008. If we do, I'll buy more even cheaper IPT. :)

Just wanted to say hi.

I just became a proud shareholder of IPT and look forward to a great journey ahead.

Re: How about "Tyhee Minerals" instead of "Tyhee Gold" Will have a 10M oz Gold Mine?

Agree, understatements á la Webb are great but they won't put food on the table if the SP is extremely depressed come financing.

Perhaps they should hire a busty blond with a TDC sign for the next gold summit and change name to "Tyhee Indefinite Gold Fortunes Guaraanteed" ;)

Seriously though, maybe they should try diversify the gender composition of the board when they're looking for a replacement for mr Sylvestre. Competence/right profil first of course.

Re: JP not really out of line at all

Great post Skeleg. I agree, I don't think he was out of line. Given the format of the newshour Q&A I think he couldn't really go into depths as to the rationales behind his comments. I do think however that it's worth considering both once and twice his comments. In normal circumstances I wouldn't want mgmt of a company to concern about the SP. However, if you face upcoming financing issues which are likely to involve new share issues then it is critical that you issue shares as such value that represent the intrinsic value of the company (taking into account the sourcing of the funds to be received in the issue to the intended value adding use). Otherwise, the current shareholders loose value.

I'm not sure how long the current cash will last, but regardless Tyhee will need additional funds at some point. As Skeleg points out, at such point, DW really needs to either get the SP to a much higher level or demonstrate phenomenal negotiating skills with the potential financing partner(s).

Will he be able to do it? JP seems to doubt it. I hope he will. Perhaps that old ragged discussion topic of a name change to something involving "gold" could be worth bringing to life again when we're getting closer to such point in time.

All means are good except for the bad ones. (Swedish saying)

Cheers!
