I know you need money by September and I don't know what your circumstance(s) are but if it's possible you should maybe try talking to the bank or a family member that can loan you the money you need. The only reason I'm suggesting this is because I would absolutely be sick to my stomach if poet blew up and started their climb in SP and you sold the shares. Even if they do get a couple NRE's. You'd still be waiting all this time for a fraction of the pie.

I will also not be tendering my shares. I didn't wait this long to not watch this great company do it's thing. One thing to remember if this in fact is a buyout offer is if someone is willing to pay a price for something they know they can make more off of it. Therefore we will be worth more then any company will offer us in the future.

I'm not disturbed at all. As a matter of fact I'm buying more shares Monday (should've bought last week). I don't see how anybody outside of this board could know something we don't without having insider info. I'm sure there aren't 766 people with insider info. It's very likely a coincidence that there are that many lots for sale. Those kinds of things do happen.

Not sure if you're referring to the Dutch comments by vcselrevolution and I but those are just little jokes about a Dutch Christmas story involving ''Pete''. An old Dutch classic that is not very appropriate and am surprised it ever was. We should get back on topic though.

Good to see this board. Thanks for starting it up. I too believe in Peralta. He's a smart business man. I bought into this company a few months ago when I first heard he had joined the company and started aiming them from solar to this technology. I think this could go somewhere. Good to see a lot of familiar names here. Good luck to PTK and PET.
