Anybody out here...if so, anybody here about the past due financials?

So, let me get this straight...miss financial reporting date, as set by being a public company...will get a fine...for the managements wrong doing...and public company funds will be used to pay the fine...interesting...

Where are they...this is a public company...not a private company...

Back to reality...any financials reported last week...

Their is NO reason, except someone playing this stock scam, why the stock is up...anyone one have ONE REAL reason...
