SILVER SHIELD DISCOVERS NEW AREA OF MINERALIZATION AT THE LA CUMBRE GOLD/SILVER PROPERTY MEXICO

BURLINGTON, ON, July 26, 2011 Silver Shield Resources (SSR-TSXV) is pleased to announce that it has discovered a previously unknown, easterly trending shear, located ~400mN of the La Cumbre shaft at its 100% owned La Cumbre Silver-Gold Property.

Initial sampling, from the new shear zone returned an assay of 1.789g/t Au, 4,031 g/t Ag (117.6 oz/ton), 6.18% Cu, 0.16% Pb and 0.04% Zn (0.5m wide).

The new “Shear Zone” was encountered while completing follow-up work on a 400m long Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn soil geochemistry anomaly and is sub-parallel to the main system of mineralization on the property, within andesitic volcanic rocks. A crew is being mobilized this week to commence a trenching program to trace the shear and obtain better understanding as to its width and length and to obtain additional samples. Other sites identified in the Geochemistry survey are also being evaluated for trenching.

The La Cumbre Silver-Gold Property (7,000ha) had the first phase of drilling performed in 2008. The company has recently been performing surface work at the site in preparation for further exploration and Phase II Drilling in late 2011. Company workers will be performing maintenance on the office building at the site and will be performing small scale rehabilitation on the adit and shaft. The shaft is being evaluated for a total rehab to enable access to the lower mining levels. As part of the overall surface work tracing mineralization through the use of soil sampling follow-up has been on-going.

It is a good deal,,,,,I just hope we quickly move towards production. With this deal,,,,we have pleanty of ounces to feed the mill,,,,let's feed that mill.

Hey Ernie,,,,I'm not sure in the shrt term,,,as it looks like ONT had a run up befor this deal,,,,,,we end up with a new name,,,,which might be good,,,,,and we have lots of ounces to feed a mill. Also,,,we grow,,,,,and won't be easily squeezed out of camp.

It looks OK,,,,,but only if we see some definative plans soon mentioned about early move to production. So,,,it could be great in about 6 months,,,,but I am guessing we will swing back and forth for about a week.

We need more postive news and fast IMO,,,,otherwise we may get played with sharewise.

Hey,,,don't visit here that often,,,but just wanted to clear my point of view.

I think RMK will define more ore and announce the start of production some time ths year. Probably 4th quarter 2009 is my guess.

My take of RMK is they have a very strong plan to define more ore and then they will announce a plan to go into production, but they need a few things first. They need to have a higher POG and find just a bit more ore,,,,which they will.

Also my main point about RMK is they do not hype the company. Always working behind the scenes and probably much more happening than many of us know,,,,it's just you will not get news about every detail like some other juniors. Some juniors announce they plan to do a Magnetic grid survey,,,then they announce the start of the survey,,,then they announce the finish of the survey,,,,and finally they may release some news which no on really understands about the Mag survey discussing the results.

With RMK they recently released a news report that a survey has been completed and they intend to use that data for future drilling. Everyone was surprised that they did a Mag survey. That's the difference IMO.

YEA Pietsgroup,,,I'd like to get a job with RMK also,,,would be great to get some of those options.

I have always said RMK is a sleeper,,,but one day will startle the entire sector when they begin producing,,,,,and then you see everyone post on these boards.

This will be a 10 or 20 bagger with ease IMHO
