I have been in since 1999 as well...........

I feel that we now have a great management team going forward.....FINALLY......its really kinda sad in a way for us LONG TIME shareholders..........we are going to take ANOTHER hit which will greatly diminish our take from this stock.

At 1 point I was honestly think my retirement was coming earlier than thought......after all thats happened....well.....i'm now hoping for a new car, maybe......so much potential ruin by inept management..............

I'll take what comes but i will ALWAYS be thinking what could have been............

Since it is at the "request of the company pending news".......imho....THATS GOOD NEWS!!!

The best advice....and it is the advice i am following....

Is to accure as much cgx shares as possible(or as much as u feel comfortable with) at these cheap prices and sit on them.(easier said then done, I KNOW)

When they start to drill, sell some(to each his own on how much).......ride the rest of the shares through the drilling program and see where it goes.....selling some here and there.

When i say sit on them, i mean its going to be another 10-12 months before the REAL action starts......as i have been told by a few who have MUCH more experience than I.....

Take a deep breath, wait, bide your time........and u WILL be rewarded!!

For those who did not see this on the other board.....

Tullow is not planning to exit Guyana having relinquished the Georgetown licence last month. It has been in talks about new licences in the country.

Well.....a news release like this gives one confidence on many levels....

I agree that we will have another release soon with regard to other partner(s) that will provide funding for drilling.

But a news release like this gives me even more confidence that cgx finally has the proper management team in place......that in turn gives me even more confidence that a proper plan is in place and is being executed as we speak.....that in turn tells me as a shareholder that my long awaited dream may be FINALLY starting to come true with this stock!!!

I cant help but reflect on what may have been had we had this management team(or a reasonable facsimile) in place a couple years ago......that only lasts a second though because of pr's like this.......

Your last message explains EXACTLY why i am confident now more than ever.....cgx or at least the old guard are not calling the shots anymore......

Just look at the last few press releases.....house cleaning, more professional pr's with stated purpose and u can see a solid action plan starting to take shape....MUCH more than we had before PRE came aboard (i was going to say pre PRE!!)

Better management....more technical expertise....still HUGE potential....it's all starting to add up!!
