Sorry, buy out discussions, to clarify my last post...

Putting another one out here, it may be telltale that if the next blackout for insiders occurs BEFORE teck lets its intentions be known, that discussions with taking out cuu have started. Why else would they go back into a blackout? The BFS is out and cuu have put thier cards on the table. Jmho of course. See you in the new year. Glta

IMHO, the insiders come out of blackout until the BFS is delivered to Teck, giving them a chance too load up on some shares. Once it is delivered, they go back into blackout......I like this idea, and hope it is the situation...

Correct me if I am wrong, but from what we have just heard, copper fox will present the BFS in early January. Teck will then have up to the end of April, 120 days, to exercise thier option. Once teck has declared thier option, then the 60 clock is started on forming a JV. During this 60 day period, if teck does not take out cuu, copper fox can sell to the highest bidder and not form a JV.

We will have an answer from teck by the end of April 2013
