Re: Share Offering

This may be the first intelligent move this management has ever made.

Announce an open-ended offering up to $5 million over the next 1-2 years, instead of a broker bought deal that anihilates the share price.  No half warrants, no shorts, no broker ripoff.

As a result, the stock actually closed higher on a weak metal day.

Here's my direct message to Karen Winkler-IR @AUMN

(with cc to Andrew Pullar)

Karen,

That's a horrible deal you have arranged with Rodman and Renshaw. Obviously, the banker instructed their clients to dump/short the stock down from $.80 immediately after the Q1 release. Thus, they aggressively short knowing that they will receive stock (and 1/2 wt) at .50/sh. Horrible-horrible timing (with finally some metal momentum) and pricing arrangement.

With a major 50% owner being Sentient, you should have arranged a better deal if acquiring the capital was critical at this time.

Once again, shareholders are hammered by inept management decisions.

I would like to hear your responses to justify this decision.

5/3/16 AUMN announces $4 million direct offering via Rodman/Renshaw

8 million shares at $.50/ share---sucks! Plus .75 warrant

handled by banker Rodman and Renshaw

Proceeds used for exploration and development of San Luis del Cordero property, the Santa Maria property, or acquisition, exploration and development of other exploration or development properties in Mexico

I'm guessing that Sentient did not want to climb above 50% ownership and thus backed away from this deal.

Now we know why the stock has been so weak since Q1 report. Obviously, Rodman and Renshaw told their shareholders to sell the stock down from $.80 the past few days, knowing they would receive new stock at $.50 w warrant. It is currently trading at $.60, down 3 straight days since several hours after the Q1 was released.

Seems to be the way corrupt bankers operate these days.

Re: Lawsuit

I hope that anyone who comes across more information on this lawsuit (and there have been other legal filings as well), will continue to update this website. Many of us who lost millions of dollars both personally and for our investment clients due to the illicit manipulation of gold/silver, will one day hope to seek restitution for all of the massive losses since 2004.

I will be contacting these three law firms next week.
