I think this post requires further discussion. What is there to stop Lori from selling the Tesoro to any company that she wants? After all, she has no skin in the game anymore, would love to get rid of the current shareholders, and must know that she has no chance of retaining her position at the next AGM. It seem possible to me that she could sell the Tesoro to a company that she has an interest in, or has an agreement with. If, and that a big if, there is a pot of gold in the Teroso, she could reap the benefits, and as an added bonus, screw the current shareholders. I know there may be legal problems with this, but I am sure she could somehow hide her interest in the purchasing company. Anyway, given the current lack of action by the regulatory boards, I don't think there would be any followup.

I was just checking the price of SLI on stockwatch and it looks like there is a bid for 499,500 shares @ .10/share. That is a lot of shares. Am I reading this right?

Anyone out there think this means anything?
