You said “I have never been spoken to like this by anyone … “ well it is about time that you listen to your investors and shareholders, and take note.

If you were running a real business you would have been bankrupt long ago.
There was tremendous opportunity to build a phosphate business and you had
the funding to do so at one point. The money was squandered, as you looked
for one big deal after another, instead of focusing on building a business.
But, I don't want to harp on Legend.

In my opinion, you and your father completely ignored your fiduciary responsibilities in
regard to NCRC.

You made false promises as to the registration time frame for the stock,
and have accomplished nothing in over five years.

It is about time that someone talks straight talk to you, and I feel badly
that no one has been this open with you before. You will have to give an
accounting in front of G_D at some point, and I feel very sorry for the
position that you have gotten yourself into.

I hardly follow this stock any more, and was surprised by yesterday share price and volume.

Does anyone have any insight into what may have caused this surge, and if it may continue?

When LGDI pulled their IPO on the ASX, they cited talks with a new Partner / Investor as the reason for the cancellation of the IPO?

Assuming that this was a true statement, when if ever do we as shareholders find out whom they are negotiating with?

If they are negotiating with this new investor, how long can it take? 2 months, 6 months, a year? They need to give the invstors a bit more news than the shallow updates that come once in many months.

If someone out there knows something about who they were/are speaking with, please let us know.

The Gutnicks' usually find their way into the press, yet the last number of months have been silent. Since they pulled the bogus IPO. What are they up to now? Have they entirely abandoned LGDI? Are they going to just close it all down? They stopped responding to iinquiries, and all is silent.

If anyone knows of any recent activities, positive or negative, please share it with the board.

I would like to see them sell the plane, as the time has come for them to lose their last perk, and begin feeling the pain of the shareholders.

We all feel bad enough about our losses, that we don't need you to repeat the crap that gets published on Yahoo.

It happens to be that for the first time in a long time, that LGDI is getting there act together. They are finally making the right moves and may be able to turn the situation around. It will not be fast and it will not be easy. But there is a chance for them to pull the company back from the edge of the abyss if they focus on taking one small step at a time, and not holding out for the big pay day up front.

The ssets are real, and if they move towards shipping rock,as they now claim they will. it is possible for them to slowly turn around and build a profitable company.

I am not asking for you to agree with me, but if you want to spew crap, please do it by yourself and on some other forum.

No, you ar not the last one still following thios stock, there are still a few old crusty investors like myself that keep an eye on it every few days.

I have heard through the grape vine that the October 26th date will stick, and that the take up is looking pretty good right now. Of course nothing is done until the receipts are counted, but that 20M will support them until they start shipping DSO rock. This could keep them in business indefintely and may have a slow and steady influence on the share price of LGDI as well.

Here's hoping for the first positive turn of events in quite some time, and a fresh start for our long term investments!
